I have had Chelsea from 1923 book our family Disney vacations with the all extras for the last couple of years. Each time, she goes the extra mile to make sure we get everything and more!! She also has so much knowledge of Disney specifically, from best restaurants, best extras, it’s a no brainer to use them as your travel agent!

I have been working with Kemi G. For almost a year working on planning our Christmas trip to Disney, holy cow she is absolutely amazing. She has answered all my questions, helped ease my anxiety through it all. Video chatted with me to plan a semi itinerary for my family for our trip! She has made everything so smooth, I don't know what I would've done with out her help!

Thankful for Kemi Gottschalk!! I was inquiring about a weekend at Disney for my family of 5 after I had looked up cruise prices. She broke down everything for us, what’s included and what’s not. Turns out a cruise would be the same amount with extra travel money included. So she gave me ALL the information on different cruise lines, ships, dates and destinations! Her personal and work knowledge was very helpful, needless to say.. we booked our first ever Disney cruise!!! The family is SO excited and I’m very thankful for Kemi and for all her help, and she is still available for any other questions I have, and I ask a lot of questions. I would recommend her 10/10!

We worked with Kemi Gottschalk and she was/is absolutely amazing! She was helpful, thoughtful of our needs, and (for me) I loved how she was willing to talk on the phone and answer my questions rather than JUST using email. She offered so many suggestions, and with her help, we found the perfect cabin on our last Disney cruise. One of our best cruises ever! Thanks so much Kemi, will be back again soon.

I can't say enough good things about Chelsea P. at 1923 Travel! She took the stress out of planning our Disney trips. We had multiple visits, and she handled all the details like a pro. We had the best experience working with 1923 Travel Agency! Chelsea helped us plan our week long trip to Disney and Universal, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was extremely responsive, answered all of our questions quickly, and her knowledge made the whole planning process so much easier. Thanks to her guidance, our trip went smoothly, and we were able to just relax and enjoy the parks. The booking experience for our Disney World trip with our travel agent Michelle was incredible and seamless. Her attention to detail was awesome. After telling her our favorite restaurants, she was able to get reservations for them. Would definitely book again with her and highly recommend her to our friends.

We booked our Disney cruise with Brittany and I can't thank her enough for making the entire experience magical! Every detail was perfectly planned and she understood exactly what we were looking for! I had booked trips myself in the past and it was very stressful. Brittany made the booking process stress-free and handled all the little things I wouldn't have thought of! She knew it was our littles birthday and she sent room decorations for him to wake up to the day of his birthday. She was very detailed in all the cruise had to offer and she checked up with us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed to bring on the cruise. There was a pirate night on the cruise and she made sure that we had pirate outfits for our boys. They loved dressing up and being a part of that experience and we would not have been prepared if it wasn't for her. Everything flowed seamlessly and we were able to relax and enjoy our vacation without worring about logistics. We have already had Brittany book our next Disney Cruise! I highley suggest using her for your next vacation, you'll feel completely taken care of.
